Requesting TwC for "We Stacked on Figures"

First of all let me say that I was scammed by him today for the price of 16m RSGP. I gave him the money and he logged. I was going to report him, but I do not have pics of the trade in RS nor do I have a pic of him stating his Skype username.

Now here is what he does: He adds YOU on skype, and to confirm it's him, he states "I'll post a reply to your comment on my thread K?" So once he scams you, he just deletes his post and BAM, no evidence of his Skype. (If there is anyway to check his deleted posts, please do so.)

Now here is the reason I am requesting this TwC:

MULTIPLE users have accused him of scamming, and because of his cunning ways, there is no way for us to offically file a report.

Suspicious, is it not? If a ban can be implemented, I would request for it to be done, if not, can a TwC be put on him at the very least?

 

I'll request a TWC. Also, he seems to only use proxys which is even more suspicious.
