User lost a 30m dice match against me.

PMed user afterwards asking where to meet in game to trade me the 30m and after giving me a location @Racks on Racks claims that he traded the gold to me without me even giving him my rsn, confirming the world, trading me, or anything at all.. Apparently his excuse is he traded a random person 30m. Now hes logged out..

@Racks on Racks Do you have any evidence that you traded the 30m to Top Elite? Did he give you the RSN of his account?

My story

So he PM's asking for world and location

I reply with location and RSN. He comes and trades me and i give him 30m knowing full well its him... I've traded him the GP and he says his on his way. Sad kids screwing me over because he didnt give me his RSN.

I have no evidence of giving the GP - why would i lol?

30m is nothing to me, but this kids trying to pull one on me... Pretty sad low life

 

Okay first off why the fuck would i try and scam you for 30m kid you sound stupid..
Second you didnt trade "Me" you traded a random person in lumb before i even replied to you about anything. Didnt say i was on my way or my name or anything tell me how that makes any sense at all. lumb is not a private location at all.

You give the world number and location at 7:58.
You give him your RSN at 8:02.
[Perhaps some relevant things happened here in the interim?
He says he is on the way there at 8:09.
You say you just traded him 30m at 8:10.
He says you didn't at 8:12.

So from here, the time the trade occurred, in your view, was between 8:02 and 8:10. It is certainly possible this occurred, and Top Elite lied. However, you have not demonstrated any evidence that you did pay him, and on the facts it doesn't appear that you've acted as a reasonable person would.

First, a reasonable person would want to know the RSN of the person they are supposed to trade.
Second, a reasonable person would want to confirm that the person they were trading was actually the correct person.
Third, you should take screenshots (though not all reasonable people do this).

Had you asked for his RSN and confirmed you were trading him (with PMs and all), but neglected to take screenshots, you might have an arguable case. But here, you have no screenshots, no confirmation, and no knowledge of Top Elite's RSN. There is no evidence you've paid him, other than your word, and there is every evidence that a debt is owed.

I understand your point, but you can see how it's impossible for me to find in your favour? You need to pay him the 30m please.
