Now all of a sudden he has hundreds of bills on NR when he was only just trying to buy NRGP-

If there is any question that they're the same person, consider the fact that he came back after being inactive since 2013 and basically at the same time the AWU profile was created with the same name, which is highly unlikely to be a coincidence. Both seem interested solely in the RSPS's Pkhonor and NR as well
