    Also selling the same account, only the quest points dont make sense but he prolly faked one of the two

    User has yet to post from a home IP either, but everything you mentioned lines up perfectly. Considering he's ban evading his recent scam trying to put this account up for sale again his intent is clear, therefore I've banned him.
