In regards to goat's post assuming he's reporting me about me posting pictures of him telling my customer that im apparently a scammer and will scam him :

Now let's get into GOATS hidden report. I'm being report for 'leaking' goats rsn. So on Saturday 30th, GOAT decided to pm one of my customers and tell him that Pingy is a scammer and that I am going to scam him, regardless of his despicable actions, I posted pictures of the conversation in sythe spam forum for about 3-4 seconds, (they were all copy pasted and sent as 1 message) allowing me to immediately delete them after 3 seconds.
Goat's claiming I had leaked his RSN however on discord the pictures above are EXACTLY how they were shown, they were blurry and you cannot view the pictures properly, the second picture is where his 'RSN' would have been displayed which is not even readable if I can send you a picture in DMS.

Knowingly GOATs attempt to make it look very bad on my end I am forced to respond to his report which makes no sense. The pictures were not displayed for more than 3-4 seconds, were just a gesture to know that he had been doing some despicable actions

It's literarily impossible to read the picture with the RSN the way it was sent.
Furthermore, it was immediately deleted within 2-3seconds (Not sure if shin can check this) It was deleted within a matter of seconds
C) There was no bad intent , except to show GOAT what disgusting behaviour he had been up to for no reason at all

The only way a message is readable is via zooming in which in matter of 3 seconds is not possible to do on 6 pictures that when posted will take up your entire screen and some more, (YOU would have to scroll up which takes about 1-2seconds To check the first pictures which the second of which had his rsn blurred in)


Now the reason why GOAT is upset, is because the same user he has attempted to misguide, has scammed GOAT for 100M. Goat paid him 100m to 'block' me in which the user blocked me then proceeded to re-add me

All of this backstory is relevant to this case as it has added to his malicious intents

Now since I cannot see the report and what other malicious swerved information he's provided. Assuming now he is also accusing me of 'threatening him of tweeting'
Me and GOAT were only just discussing both of us being tweeted just 3 days back ( Friday ) So at any attempts of making me look as if I have had bad intents, here is part of a conversation we had




GOAT tells me his RSN in which is blurred, and if I was a malicious individual he would've not mentioned.

All of this information is relevant to the case, as I clearly know GOATS malicious intents to make me look bad in a report that I cannot view so im forced to clear my name in all possibilities that he may have portrayed me in.

 

This is false, pingy has intentionally blurred these pictures to post in the report, also I never called him a scammer he seemed to have missed where I said he was legit

 

Also pingy has posted my rsn again in this thread so I hope this warrants a longer ban

Notice how in your picture they're clearly exactly how I posted them above. Theyre not viewable unless zoomed in upon which is not possible to zoom in on 6 pictures in 5 seconds. And since I posted 6 pictures at once, the second to top picture which had your RSN in it, you would have to have scrolled up which already takes up 3-4 seconds to do so.

 

If it's not possible how come I did it and still had time to screeny all of them, not to mention that people have bots running on that discord server logging deleted posts

 

Nobody with malicious intent was present at the time, and it was deleted within 3 seconds, but I get it. You keep attempting to make it look like I had malicious intent, notice in your picture in the background theyre all blurry displayed just like how I mentioned.

You're simply upset due to the fact that I caught your malicious antics red handed.

If anything how about you explain yourself of why you were constantly messaging my customer that i'm a scammer and that he shouldn't trade with me? At the end of the day

You can keep posting but i'm not going to reply, its clear your forcing it and trying so hard to make it into something it's not.

 

You're clearly backpeddling since you've been caught in your own lies. It's not a coincidence the pictures you posted got more blurry and blurry as they went on, that's because you didn't think I had screenshotted them all.

I never called you a scammer I said you were legit but you're sketchy (which you are, incredibly so).

And for the record, I don't even have shadowplay installed, I said that to make you think before you post.

 

This is how they were displayed on discord, this is live proof you cannot read it. ( This is just 3 of the pictures, that fill up an entire screen)

Any mod wanting me to replicate the copy paste of the message I can do so and prove that they're blurry.

Some1 even messaged me (not gonna name names) that they had a bot running on sythe discord logging deleting posts so they could see all the pictures you posted in full detail, and I'm sure he's not the only one, many will have also clicked the images and screenshotted as you're known for deleting messages

 

Your trying so hard and every inch of weight your sitting on to make this any form of a case,

I've just disapproved EVERY single point of yours in my posts above,

A) Pictures blurry unless you click on the pictures which were deleted in 3-4seconds. Proof can be shown to mods, I can replicate the situation, they're clearly blurry even in his own picture where he had clicked on 1 of them. WHICH DID NOT DISPLAY HIS RSN you can clearly see in the background, the pictures are not clear
B) No malicious intent was at all
C) A LOT of pictures were sent at once, only 3 of the pictures (LAST Pictures) take up your entire screen, you will have had to scroll up then click a picture and read it which takes matter of 4-5 seconds in itself.

D) GOAT paid 100m to a customer just to block me, If this doesn't sum up your malicious intents towards my profile then I don't know what does

E) NOW : GOAT is claiming his RSN is leaked and people saw it yet now THREE days have passed




GOATS RSN displayed in the PHOTO is not on twitter or anywhere, there's clearly nothing happened because i know it was psychically impossible to read those photo's in time proof:



IF you search up users RSN on twitter that he claims was leaked nothing is there, there is nothing at all. No risk has been made to anyones account, nothing has been done, and nothing will be done, and nothing has been leaked and it has been THREE days

User is just using every inch of ground that he has to make it look bad, that's why he made a private report in the 1st place, thinking that would serve his malicious intents and backstory and facts away from this.

 

Regardless of your intentions you still broke a sythe rule and are worthy of a 1 month ban

 

It's case by case, it wasn't even leaked since the pictures are not readable at that moment like i said i can re-produce this moment with a mod like @video and we see what his say is on this matter ?

Lastly, all you reproduced was 1 photo of you clicking on a picture, because it wasn't possible to click on all of them and read them all , they were up for 3 seconds, had I realized your rsn was there it would've not been produced.



I've already discussed all the points above and would like to request @video to handle this report please, thanks.
