Explanation of the trade:

I was selling him Graphics work.

How they scammed:

I was selling him 2 images for his custom rank, everything appeared to be going fine until it came to the payment. He asked me to forum pm him the images along with my paypal (which led me to assuming he would be paying instantly) however there was a disagreement regarding the size of the images and that he would not be paying me for my work for up to 2 weeks (the length of time it takes for a custom rank to process). The user then went on to become quite hostile and deleting me on skype with possibly having access to the work I made for him (i deleted the images, but he may have downloaded them)

Considering he has purchased graphics from you, he received them and didnt complain about them only about possible resizing I'd like to see Moes paying you for your work since it's finished.

It's 32x32 for custom ranks I think

he is also attacking my reputation by leaving negative, false feedback on my graphics thread and his graphics request thread.
