    Reporting Pekko - Vouching for a guide that doesnt work

    Basically Pekko is vouching for a guide that doesnt work/is on the do not sell list.

    I think he should be somehow punished for his actions because he obviously didnt bother testing the guide and they obviously were just trading vouches/friend vouches.
