    Additional Information/Evidence:
    Login and password no longer work. Tried to recover the account by putting in the registered email - I tried the email I put on the account and it didnt work. Then I tried using the previous email(the one he said the account was previous registered to) and it worked. Therefore the account has been recovered onto the previous email the account was on. Have tried to contact him, no reply.

    P.S - Am I allowed to charge back my $40?
