He contacted me through my thread for the above account, added him on skype and paid him, he just kept delaying with excuses and at the end blocked me.

He just stopped replying after that then blocked me. Called up Paypal and they said Id get money back so Im fine with it but he might continue to scam others.

Email he gave is basically same name as his sythe user "omar":
