Which violation you are reporting the user for: Gambling without funds available at the time and/or delaying payment.
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Was gambling without funds available to payout right away, had to wait almost 24 hours before having it sent to me, never mentioned it before we started gambling. I was not updated at all and quote

which honestly makes it even worse since a mod had to message him before he would respond/send. Requesting twc OR the difference from the btc rise.

You agreed to $400 btc (usd value) before hand and not a fixed btc amount so you're not entitled to any fluctuations from btc changes.

Your report was retracted by yourself as you were confident you'd be paid, which you were. I only reached out to Spesno to speed up the process for you. If this becomes a recurring trend with Spesno, we will issue a TWC - I do not think it's warranted in this case. if other staff members feel differently, we'll amend our decision here.
