Xier0 Outstanding Debt + Failture to Pay.

Now yet again, this is not a personal attack on any individual i associate myself with, it's purely about principle and giving back what is owed.

How Xier0 is liable:
Eric (Xier0) has repeatedly referred to www.playerswap.com as a business, which indeed it is. With this, with transfer of ownership comes transfer of debts. You knowingly continued on the Playerswap idea with KO's scams on the record for the clan.

If you had split from the clan, and chose to open say, "BadDyce", something listed as a completely separate entity from Playerswap and KO's association with the clan, you would be fine.

While the clan was run by all the admins + KO you + other parties were in control of the domain, the IRC bot, the overall ownership of everything tangible in the clan. You additionally pointed this out on the www.playerswap.info page you created in the mid-term of creation of www.playerswap.com, which clearly outline all of the scams and where responsibility was being taken, and listed all of the assets of the "business" you so acclaim to be yours.

This picture depicts Eric yet again providing info that they will CONTINUE, just without KO. Thus, the debt is still on the business/Eric/Admins to repay all of the lost gold. It also lists that the domain etc were in the hands of admins, and nothing was actually owned by KO, he simply ran it.

Proof that Post-reimbursement they continued to allow KO to continue scamming in the clan. Regardless of if they intended to pay these back or not, it was their choice ultimately to continue association with KO:
