Ordered a boost from silver 3 to gold 4 from Malzahar Boost (thread is now titled Advent Boosting), I was told it would be completed in a week, almost no games were played in that week, was then given a deadline of Friday 26th September to be at gold 4 with a bonus 50LP. It has been almost a month since then and the account is 55LP Silver 2. One and a half divisions were gained over the time period and after lots of him biding for time saying that people were getting right on it he finally stopped responding for good 5 days ago (october 18).
The guy is online pretty much every day but doesn't respond to any of my messages.

There are proof images of what was going on. There is more in the middle of the conversation but it is all just me asking if something is going to get done and him saying that someone is getting right on it.
At the start he says that "Brian will fill me in" that was another guy who worked for the boosting company with him, but the Brian guy quit pretty much as soon as I started the boost.

Can screenshot the paypal transaction if needed (it's $55 usd)
