Reporting a Scammer (Honor Pures)

Briefly explain the trade:
I sent a message to Ventura2013's thread saying that I would buy a membership upgrade for 700k, expect that I would like to give an account with 70 combat level. This guy called Honor Pures added me on skype and told me he could sell me one for the account. He sent me a PM confirming hes not impostor and I wanted first to use a Middle man but I didnt want to wait so I decided to just trade it like I would went first, then he would upgrade my second account and then I would give him the email information. He just logged to account and waited me to make a account then he just logged off from skype.

Current membership status: 10 Days left on my account I was trading, no membership on new account.
