Why you think they are ban evading: Is it a coincidence that the two members above have almost identical usernames? If you take a look at the Smoothx account he's interested in the Runescape Market as the other account that was banned years ago. I may be wrong also, it just looks a bit suspicious.

I've had a look at the IPs and I don't see enough to prove they're the same person.
