reporting Madness

I bought an account from Madness on 8/21 and he recovered it on 9/8. He told me he accidentally recovered it at first then was going to compensate my troubles on the account but was no going to return it. Then after maybe 5 minutes the account Baellista logged off and now I cannot contact him in any way. I'm very new to this sort of thing so I forgot to take more screenshots where they would've been beneficial as I was unaware with what was going on such as saying the account was disabled. I have provided the best screenshots I can think of to plead my case here. this picture with the chats are much after he talked to me with replying he'd give me the stuff back on the account and possibly give me another account because it was botted. As you can see in the skype messages I am very new to this so I may have done something wrong in this process but I hope I provided adequate information to report this user.
