    Supposedly sent a refund to the said user, although it's been 30 minutes and still nothing. Additionally, user was blocked by the scammer.

    I refunded his payment, it was not as family and friends. I blocked him cause he refused to send again. So we didn't come to an agreement.

    You're lying, I sent it as Family and friends payment. Why should i send u another 166 USD, if the cash wasnt refunded?
