Scammer - Smart Balance

Briefly explain the trade: I was dicing him in my dicing thread, located HERE. He PM'd me, then posted on my thread, and added me on Skype, wanting to do a $20 Dice-duel. I agreed, and I won $20. Next, he wanted to do double or nothing (at first, I asked him to send me the $20, but then he said "just do double or nothing" and claimed he had already posted a roll without me giving permission to do so). So I was like eh, whatever, fine, and I rolled. I again won the $20, so he owed me $40. He went on this whole shpeal about how he can't send payments as a gift, blah blah, and I asked him to try. He said he was trying, and after a bit, I asked him if it was working. He then promptly said "let's do another $40 DD," to which I responded that I did not want to. He then posted a roll on my thread, and claimed he would file a scam report on me for not rolling because apparently, according to him, I agreed. I did not agree, and he never paid me the $40 he owed me.

How they scammed: He scammed because he lost twice, in the amount of $40, and never paid me.
