Hello i have a problem mods. please look into this.

We Agreed on price 7m 07. once he handled money to me i gived him all details ,password,username ! he got access and confirmed this worked for him. but unfortunetly when i tried to log-in into my email to register into his email it didn't work for me. so i asked customer to wait a little bit before it solved as i sent request to email for recovery appeal. shouldn't took long. i NEVER refused to refund this user but before i get back access to my email and change the password because he also have the access to this account right now ! and just in-case if he start botting on this account or something else i want to change password before i refund him. i hope this is okay. thanks you for understading if im missing something please let me know thanks.
