Explanation: I wanted to buy 20 million neopoints. He mailed me saying he had a shell with 22 million pure on it and wanted $16. I offered $15 and sent him the money via gifts on PayPal (my mistake- this is the 1st time I've had an issue with any seller on here). He then sent me account details of an account username/password/ birthday. Tried to login but it came up with 'bad password' and upon inspection was a newbie account. Mailed him back 3 times in a row with no reply, it's been 12 hours and he hasn't replied to my messages after being online since the incident. Obviously, my bad for sending the money via gift option, but it enrages me that someone can just take my hard-earned money without recrimination.

How they scammed: Took my money and and gave me wrong account details. I haven't received the 22 million he said he had. Hasn't replied to my subsequent messages.
