Scammed by "Sell120mEoC"

Hey guys, just thought I would let people know I was scammed by "Sell120mEoC". I "bought" his account for 100m eoc gp. We used Divica as a MM. Everything went well initially. I played on account for a few days, but about 3-4 days after the transaction, I tried to log on and it said the account was locked. I thought this would be an easy fix, because my email was set on it. I go to fix it and email is gone. (Can anybody explain how this happened??) His skype is "Jesse.plays.wow", so i skyped him, and told him and he acted liked he would try to recover it. He never gave recoverys stating that they were "the same as his other account". The only thing he lacked to recover account was the current password that I had changed it to. So i changed it thinking that everything would be alright. However, the account is now recovered, (says invalid pass on log-in screen), and he claims that the appeal was denied.
