Explanation of the trade: I'm buying 110mil worth of 07 gold on rsgoldbank.com and refuses to refund me the money when I tell him I don't want to send my personal identification to him and a photo of my paypal activity

Customer claimed to order with us previously. But created a new account and PayPal for this order with fake information, which is why I requested ID verification. We have always delivered his past orders but he wouldn't answer my simple question "Why did you switch PayPal accounts?" After he declined to give ID verification. He said he didn't have time to answer a simple question, but created this report.

I'm really not sure why it came to this if he just given me basically any reason I would have let it through. But needed to get the boss involved since he was being difficult.

The order has now been refunded(which would have been done when bossman came online) and I request that this report be closed and edited please.

Based on the circumstances of you switching accounts, it's not unreasonable for them to ask additional information/proof
