Reporting ItsRuneScape for attempted scamming

Explanation of the trade: The user wanted me to complete a service for them, and their proposal of how the service should be done is where things turned bad.

How they scammed: The user asked for me to put my own gear on their account and move it off once the service had been completed. Considering this user has been reported for scamming before, and has a Trade With Caution I figured he's just trying to cash out for as much as he can.

Proof that it's their Skype: As you can see in this link (Screenshot), the user has a Skype button where if you click it, it adds his Skype. His Skype is Get_Off_My_Pc. You can find the thread here.

I really don't see any other way to interpret this, and he wasn't very subtle about it either.

 

I dont see too much that warrants a ban.

He might not trust you as well? Why would he trust you with his items if he can just get you to use your own?

He's been accused of scamming before. He tried to get me to put my own gear on his account, and then say I could just remove it once the order is done. What would prevent him from changing the password, thus kicking me off and taking my items?

Do you really not see my point? He has a Trade With Caution and I'm sure he does for a reason, too.
