We though he was legit.. Trustable but no..

Hes a sad guy that steals peoples guide when he mm'd the trade for them.
My friend got banned duo a problem with him, so I'm helping him :]

There isn't enough evidence that the guides being sold are identical. That is to say, each may have discovered the method, and decide to catalogue it into a guide, and sell it. This is perfectly acceptable. This is the only thing that can be determined from the threads you've just shown. I would need proof that IDB is selling the exact same guide, or, a guide that has been obviously plagiarised [structure, grammar, idiosyncrasies (NOT CONTENT)] for him to be banned. Since there's no evidence of this, no ban can be made.
