Conversation earlier yesterday talking about my past boost that he never finished: 6 months ago but I never reported it. Dumb move by me.

This user was rude throughout the process which he never finished. Agreed on a date, but always said I'll have a booster for you by the after noon. Waited until that afternoon, again says oh I don't have a booster just of yet.
Even now, he has still not changed his business ways, still being rude to customers.
EloJobbing has yet to refund me where he admits of not refunding me in the screenshots. I would have been fine with a full/partial refund. I would not like him to offer his services on this forum. But if the mods can't really do anything with this report because it is about 6 months old and the past conversation has disappeared, I fully understand that. Unbanned just told me to post it and see what happens so yeah I opened a dispute. I was pretty dumb to not dispute it back then, but what's done is done I guess.

It doesn't state anything in his terms of service about requesting a job to be stopped.

He is required to refund you and I've banned him for now.
