N00bz - scammer

N00bz sold pins, so i added him to my msn. He accepted $2.70 for a pin, but he wouldn't go first. So I went first to a noob with 9 posts ( which i know is stupid ). First gift paypal didn't work, he still had to activate his paypal. He gave a fake phone number, I thought this was normal. ( see pic )
Then after i payed, he said there was a limit on his paypal and that he had to wait 15mins... So i kept waiting and after 15 mins he logs? wtf?
