Reporting scammer Lagbot - 60M

Briefly explain the trade:ProjectRS06 GP for RSGP, ratio 1:20
How they scammed:He was buying project06GP from me for 2M RSGP per 100K 06GP.
We started doing increments with me going first, he didn't scam me so I was fairly convinced it was safe to trade with him.
At last, I traded him 3M, which would equal 60M in the 1:20 ratio.
He showed me 7M and told me he had another 250m on his main account.
He was very kind, and I had no suspicion he was going to scam me, so I patiently waited for him to come to the agreed location & world on RuneScape.
After asking him if he almost got there, and he responding with ''Ye'', he kept ignoring me for a minute or 15.
At this point, I was fairly convinced that I had just been scammed, so I got on Sythe and took a look at his profile, which said he was currently looking at a thread.
At this point, I was sure that I got scammed, and continued spamming him on Skype.
After a while he responded, and kept deny-ing the whole thing.
He told me he had paid me, and I was blackmailing him.

A few notes:
Yes, I have no actual screenshots of in-game transaction, but if you read the chat logs it's quite obviously we were trading, in increments.
Also, I have no proof I have given him the 3M, but he confirms I did by telling he gave the GP for this cash.
Also, he claims he gave my the 60M and logged out, why would he ignore me for about 15 minutes?
Doesn't he want a vouch, and why would he ignore me in the first place?
Also, he said he would come with his main, which has the name xixlaggerasx, if you try to add this name in rs, it'll say it doesn't exist.
Also, after I asked him if he was almost there, and he said Ye, he didn't respond anymore.
If he had given me the 60M, wouldn't he like atleast ask for a confirmation or something?

Can you please include full pictures of the skype chat, as in uncropped. And include his unique skype address.
