WizName is ban evading

Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :

It seems that this person is a serial ban evader who camps the Name Request Thread and attempts to scam people through the man-in-the-middle scenarios. It appears that the owner creates new accounts to contact people regarding a name they desire, scams them, and when they get banned they start over with a fresh account.

Each one of the previous accounts has been reported by Name buyers/sellers for a similar offence.
