Report on Skype User "Wagon"

I am reporting the user "Wagon" on skype because of him scamming 9 partyhats off of the runescape server Project Rs06. Well, basically I was in a skype convo with Wagon and he put "FireZ" inside of the skype conversation. And I didn't even have FireZ added. FireZ said he would proove that it's him in via pm, but he changed his mind and put a screenshot of him logged into skype.
