Jetshot 87 Scammed me 65$

Jetshot 87 Got 200m sell. Do not want to use a OMM and go first. Agree with him to do increments by twice. 100m every time. I send him 65$ first but forget to write "I have received the virtual goods, i wont charge it back". After i send his money, he is becoming slowly always, and always say his busying. Then i am waiting, cause i bought from him before, i trust him. But he still keeping me wait. And then he said why i didn't put the note, then i asked him to refund me so that i can send him with the note. But he refused to refund me and keep asking me to close the dispute. And then logged out msn directly.
