Here are a couple of posts; he constantly trolls/flames me, which IS against the rules.

Just look through all his posts; they are all aimed at me in some way.

 

If you are going to report Floyd, you might as well report 50% of the spam forum who are also talking about it.
The only reason you picked Floyd, is because he is actually trying to do something about it...and technically he is right, partners are and should be banned together, though nobody posted, his report is being dealt with.

Besides that, all of this is in the Spam Forum, where limited trolling/flaming is allowed. I see nothing that crosses the line.
