Reporting Expenditures for scamming

So Today i was going to trade 3 Partyhats in 07scape for 130m GP, we met, he said to look at his Vouchers and that i can trust him and then because he seemed legit enough proceeded to go first to his trade (I know i should have used a mm etc.)

- In this post you can see he edited some replies for some reason, but he basicall asked if i had anymore and then didnt get a reply after that

We'll also need to see the proof that you traded him in game, as well as a screenshot where he states his RSN.

If you cannot provide the above, he won't be able to be banned however he will be TWC'd for editing those messages if you can match the Skype to his Sythe account.
