Paid him and he gave me false info now not responding.

I need proof that's the OP please. You can post screenshots of the same chat log she gave and/or her PMing you her Kik name (then showing me the username + display name screen).

Good point, didn't realise they contacted w/o a Sythe account.
Can you show me a screenshot of the previous £15 she sent so I can match PayPal emails?

 

When I use PayPal I make dummy accounts, so when I receive a payment I send it to my main PayPal and close the dummy account and I have already closed it, all I can show it the email I got when she sent which I'll put below.

That's not reliable proof then. You could have sent the money to yourself using a throwaway PayPal with her name.

 

There would be no way of knowing anyway considering it's a guest and they can't respond in the matter

 

They can if they come back to check the post. Either way, we still require you prove the refund.

I need some sort of proof the email you sent the money to is the same as the one you received from.

Did you Kik the person after to let them know you sent it? & if so, did they respond? Something like that would suffice. Or was that deleted as well?
