BOOSTIFY SERVICES - Scammers

Hello all,

After using their services for a firecape, I purchased skill training,

I cancelled this order due to the amount of time they were taking - I can provide proof of all chats.

I had some issues happen over the past week and have not been online, only to find everything in my runescape inventory and items, all gone and my avernic hilt broken from my dragon defender.



I am also now banned from the Discord.

I am down around 100m from all of this.

Yes this user bought a fire cape service from us. After the fire cape was completed he placed an order for skilling. Due to the long waiting time(~16hrs) in queue @Stormstrix requested a refund and we refunded it.

Moving to the reason of your ban from our discord server, during your second order(skilling) you were obnoxious about the queue waiting time but you were fully aware of the waiting time because it was mentioned twice(imgur.com) (imgur.com). When we refunded you instantly left the server. We banned you so we wouldn't need to cross paths again and explain that all order are started within 24hours.(https://i.imgur.com/NLHa4ju.png)

Our worker @kantiLT didn't block you. He has a discord setting that he has turned it on that allows people from the server to contact him (imgur.com). Since you were banned from our server that resulted for you to get that message.

As for your loss of wealth, we're not really sure why are we being blamed for it since your fire cape was completed six days ago and in six days you didn't managed to change your password which takes minutes to do it. In our terms of service(imgur.com) you are asked to change your password before ordering from us which you agreed on(imgur.com). And after the firecape was completed you were kindly reminded to change your password to insure full safety of your account (imgur.com). We as a service provider can't apply these security measures for you, you're the only one who can. In our point of view no matter what problems you had it's very simple to change your password and takes no time to do that. You were fully aware that your order has been completed(imgur.com).
