Central swap FC needs to be Shut down

Now before I fill out a template, I would like to first point out this FC is merged and shared/owned by a Known scammer as well as ban evader.
My report will be mainly against shutting down "Central swap FC" as advertised here http://www.sythe.org/runescape-guid...d-exchange-clan-reliable-instant-trading.html

Background story to the proof below: I conned Kme (one of the owner's of the FC) into thinking CoinShopFC redirected me to their FC. Screenshots explain for themselves.

Proof of offsite scam/blackhat: Funny thing is they actually scammed on here, (coinshopfc).

Now Imsohighak was recently falsely banned according to this report thinking the user was Coinshopfc evading again.

User was later unbanned after proving his innocence: http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1857221-2nd-opinion-pls-unreasonably-banned.html (As the IP addresses of both users does not match).

Now as there is very clear image that this FC is owned by both the users Imsohighak as well as CoinshopFC. I believe their thread should be shut down immediately as they are running a sketchy business and an ex-scammer happens to be Co-owner or whatever he is, any necessary additional punishment should be decided on by Mods/Admins of sythe.

I would provide more proof of their abusiveness as I joined their Teamspeak last night to troll one of their ranks (which is a really good friend of mine) and they immediately were going to DDoS me but I didn't take any screenshots of that, but as there is no proof of such threat this factor shouldn't be taken into consideration for the appropriate punishment.

From everything linked, they're apparent business partners. We do not allow users to partner with known scammers.

http://www.sythe.org/members/449829-imsohighak.html has been banned. In order to be unbanned, he must break all ties with blackhat users and the chat(s) in which they are operating in a management capacity.

EDIT - He's obliged, will be removing ties shortly, as well he's taking off his co-owner "Nick" who has been proven to be a scammer.
