Staff authority does not > Owner

Sythe himself has said that he is the final arbitrator if staff have failed to arbitrate properly.

I'm free to request arbitration by him, he does not have to give it to me, if Sythe chooses to say he's not interested in handling the case, than I'm perfectly fine with that.

What I'm not fine with is staff acting like their rulings > Sythe

Sythe overruled the entire staff team on DNT and many other issues, trying to censor us by taking away final arbitration is a step towards a dictatorship. We are allowed to ASK him to do it, only HE can say whether or not he's interested in handling it, if he isn't than the matter is resolved, if he is than that's his choice as owner.

 

This is also a scam report so it belongs in RAS, not a PM, not a DM. RAS.

I am reporting a scammer and requesting the owner of the site who has personally said he's the final arbitrator to handle this report.

He doesn't have to do it, but considering this is a massive blow to sythe activity and will ultimately decrease his income, I'd say theres more than enough justifiable reason to keep it in RAS and await him.

 

I have asked @Sythe to review and post a conclusion.

I am closing this in the mean time to prevent spam / future infractions for people not involved.
