How they scammed: Been over 3 weeks since order was complete and was supposed to be paid June 19th, a Monday he stated to remind to be paid because he was initially on "vacation". Contacted him again and still on vacation, refuses to pay as he states "no access to pc" even though PayPal can be used on mobile too. Refusal to pay, banned me from servers.
