This is one of our ranks who sold Boglagold gp. I will work with him to properly post a sythe report.

 

I've submitted proof to TySimpson on Discord of this customer overreacting and purposely leaving out messages to make it look worse than it actually is. In the first 34 hours he came on livechat claiming it has been 3 days, it hasn't even been 3 days right now.

Because of this report, it has delayed my trip to WU, I should already be on the way right now and have lunch in 45 minutes with some important family relatives.

We have offered him a choice of a full gold refund in partial amounts or possibly in bulk as soon as suppliers are on or the WU payment at a slightly later time. I'll add some of the messages he chose to leave out though. This was 3 hours before he decided to make this report. He got his goal of getting Arcus DNT'd which can't be lifted by the moderator that placed it either.

 

I’m about to try to send the payment through western union instead.
