Reporting Desecrator6 as a scammer!!

Well, i was going to have him do legends quest on my account for me, which costed 4m rsgp cash. SO i traded him the 4m ( PROOF IS BELOW) and he asks for my infromation. Which i give to him and he tells me itll be done in about 3 hours max. So sign off and come back 2 hours later to find me account not even logged in so i sign on it, i find 11m cash gone(not counting the 4m i payed him, and my bandos armour gone. And the quest not even completed.
Him confirming the 4m trade and asking for info, Me giving him it!

Me before giving him account,(i had to sell the bandos chest to pay him 4m, (dont have one of me actually trading the 4m i really didnt think he was gonna scam me due to his amount of vouches)
