Item : I bought a pure account for 200$ from him and invested about 120$ into questing and had around 140m on the account. today when i was pking at the g.e bounty world i was logged off and the account was locked. so i went and changed the password and it let me log back in. then about 3-5 minutes later i was logged off again. this time my password was changed and when i went to the website to recover the account it told me that the registered email was m******@gmail.com and thats not my email. the only person who can recover a account and change the email with out access to my email is the owner. infact i even tried to recover the account after with the information that spya provided me and i was denied by jagex.


NEW ( SPYA has now responded and claimed that it was not him who recovered the account and says that it was on my end. but i checked my pc and i have no let anyone else on the account and i don't go to any websites i only use steam / rs client. he said that if i closed the thread that he would reocver it for me but he it wasnt his fault for the gold 140 on it worth lost. and i closed the thread because i thought i would never get anything back even the account without it. then he goes to recover it tries 3x and gets denied all the times. now i need you to talk to him he needs to give me a new account with equal stats and value of the stuff on it unlike the one which he sold me that obv had multiple people have acess to it before he sold it to me. it also had a ban strike. but i think that he didn't even create the account and that he sold it to me and lied. )

Tried to log into the account didnt even really want to play on it any more knowing that spya / or someone he let on the account had already recovered it and it and didnt feel like it was safe. so i tried to log in and its still recovered and switched to some random email thats not mine "





Info : 2ish weeks after being bought today it was recovered / locked 2x. first time I got it back second time the email was changed and the stuff on the account we can assume is gone. Spya is not responding.
total loss : 400-450$

Just thought ide point this out, If you were kicked off the account and it was locked, you just cant request a new password and log back in , you have to go through a recovery ticket to gain access again

Im not lying i payed for this account and all i want is access to it . i havent been able to get on it at all . I was pking and i was logged off "top right disconnection" but my internet was fine. I tried to log back in and it said password changed. So i thought maybe i just had forgot my password at first but it did seem weird so i reset it . then i continued to pk but less then i would say 3-5 minutes later i was logged off again same thing and when i tried to log in same password message. so i go rs website to reset the password and it says that it was changed to a dif email starting with m. then spya syas its not him and that it was prob me geting keylogged. i never go to any sites no im not sure how the fuck i would have been keylogged. so he finally gets the account back after days of letting who ever recovered it " im not sure how" because spya failed to recover it 3-4 times before finaly recovering it . then i get it back for about 2-3 days and it gets recovered again and the email gets changed to where when i try to reset it i shows that its linked to a email starting with m.

 

i have absolutely no reason to scam anyone i paid for this and spya is the one seeming like he scammed me or atleast someone did because i lost my stuff 100+$ on the account and the account itself which i put into 300$ of my money into. i work hard for my money and i did not do anything to deserve this. iv pretty much quit rs havent logged in in weeks now and lost a a lot of working overtime for no reason due to this. no one helps out everyone for somer reason thinks im trying to scam. i have no idea how thats even possible because all i want is acess to the account i paid for and it to be safe. its not safe and i will never trust putting stuff on it because i lost 100$ and i get that for some reason you guys don't care enough to give me a safe account but i at least want to be able to get on it . If spya keeps failing 4 times to recover the account but this "other person" because spya says its not him can recover it on his first try this shows that spya had already had the account compromised before he sold it to me. he told me the account had a ban on it because he had let someone on it bot agility. but it seems like he gave information about the account to some people without telling me that compromised it.

If they were able to change your password without changig your email, getting keylogged sounds about right. How woulf spya know the info to get into your email to change your pw? Unless he sold u the email with the acc and u never bothered to change the email pw?

this was resolved few weeks ago (see: [RESOLVED]), ending in me recovering the account, yet this is not reflected in this report

User has repeated multiple times that due to the account being compromised he requests a different account, even though according to him I'm shady seller.

Even back then user mentioned that he was able to change the password after the account was locked:

As user has claimed, he was able to change account's password through email, which means that the "hacker" had access to his password.

Will I be punished with a DNT every time keylogged user gets his password changed?

 

@Trip N shot Care to respond? The password was changed while it was linked to your email, therefore if it was recovered your email would not be linked.

 

I changed all the information after i bought the account multiple times to make sure that i was secure. Then i also changed the password that one time when it was "changed /hacked" . Right now all i want is access to the account i can't even get on it and i'm not sure how it was recovered. Even if i was keylogged i don't have enough information to get jagex to recover the account for me. This means that it had to be someone that had more information .

also nothing else was keylogged and i had way more important information / things . i have no reason to think that i was keylogged after running multiple tests

He hasn't contacted me, it's pretty clear that his intensions were to get another from me, maybe he trained defence on that pure or something.

He blocked me on skype so how is it my fault?
