So this transaction was sent from coinbase (or so the user says), but it has a 0.9 sat/b fee attached to it. It also keeps resending every few seconds (see here: Screenshot - 71c8bf819e00c39260209ef966b364de - Gyazo)

My questions are: doesn't coinbase always send with a fee thats going to get the transaction confirmed in a reasonable amount of time? Also, this transaction was flagged for double spend (see here: Screenshot - 9cdc3c93c2cfb98bb20994419aac5333 - Gyazo)

This user is very impatient and wants me to release the gold now, but I don't feel comfortable releasing the gold with such a low fee (i'll take forever to get it), no confirmations, and the "at risk for double spend" alert on my wallet.

Maybe a mod knows photoshop better than me and can tell me if its photoshopped or not? If it's not, why is coinbase at risk for double spend (never had this happen before), and why is fee so low?

Coinbase fees will always confirm, he's using a different wallet with extremely low fees.
You won't receive that money, so don't give him any gold.
