irhett is a scammer

hi so I bought a rs3 account from irhett on December 2nd 2014
the account has just been recovered. another piece of information that has to do with this case is that on January 1st i received a message in game (which i took a screenshot of) that said that the account belonged to someone named cj and that he was going to have his friend recover it. when i told this to irhett on Skype he said that he didn't know anyone named cj and when i tried to continue asking him about it he stopped responding.

I'm really pretty bummed about this because I've spent well over 100 dollars (EDIT: just checked my paypal and its upwards of 200) on membership and treasure keys (over $80 dollars just to get the gold membership for 1 year.) i can show my paypal history too to show just how much money I put into this account. does anyone know if I can get this account banned somehow? I'll be damned if he is going to play on this account for a year on my dime. I have included the Skype convo up until he gave me the account info as well as the messages i got from whoever that person was who said my account would be recovered. I can add the conversation i had with him about that message and anything else you want. thank you for reading. this is m first time being scammed so if i did something wrong please let me know?

If you are on windows 7 screenshots are a piece of cake.
Just use the snipping tool
If not, you can use Gyazo, or puush for very easy screenshots.

EDIT: I forgot to ask do you know of a way I can get the account banned. it has 10 months of membership remaining that I paid for. I'd really hate to see him get all that for free.

 

Allright banned him from sythe.

You could try and chargeback if you made the payment to runescape with paypal.
Just beware that it could have an impact on your personal runescape accounts, which you might not want.
