Re-report of Vic scamming me

Hello, i reported this once

Result was vic getting banned. After dispute he got unbanned? I just wonder where my Rsgp / irl $ went?

First thing i do is to contact Roary, without answer.
Next thing, add any mod and ask what the hell is going on.

Thanks for posting. Giving zuzel credit but not me ):. Skype match. It was when his Sythe was hacked, so he's responsible.
