Mate. He wanted me to put 10b on an alt account. As i did, and it ended up being banned. If i were to refund him, i would be losing on double. If it's necessary to refunding him i will. He never asked for a refund. He deleted me as it seems it was not a problem here?
@BlackBlasses @video What do we do here? I don't mind refunding him. I just see it's unfair on my part cause i would be losing money, but then again.. He is losing money as well. Would paying him back half be fair? Or does full amount need to be refunded?

 

Did you ever send a screenshot of the alt account having the gold he ordered and you giving him account details before the account got banned? I asked him and he said you failed to do both of those.

 

Will wait for staff response. Whatever is needed to be done, i understand. If i need to refund i will.
In my opinion, i feel i should be able to refund %50 as we both would lose out, rather then the full %100.
Again, i don't mind paying the full amount. I'm sure he is upset, i just wish he would of talked to me more rather then closing the conversation.

 

I did not send him a picture, cause it was my real email while logging into the Runewild alt account, and don't want him to see that as my email is in the Database. Again, i don't mind refunding him. Please tell him to unblock me.

 

I only ask this question because it is easy for you to say you placed the gold on the account and it happened to get banned, but you failed to ever record you even giving him the gold in the first place, giving him the account details with the gold, and then expecting him to take a 50% refund lost

 

I have told him to unblock you as well. Also told him to readd you as a friend in case that is the issue.
