He said:

What happend: Traded this guy 300m (100m x 3) paid and received in paypal, 5minutes later he apparently gets hacked and charges back my payments..and then managers to recover it all in 1 minute.
And now he "can't" find cancel dispute to cancel chargebacks.
and to give him DNT untill he figures it out cos i dont him to scam if thats his intentions.
