    Not a home IP match but a public IP he consistently uses. All profiles on it belong to him and were banned by Video yesterday. Same interests, same poor English despite being a college student in an English speaking country, etc.

    When he logs on a home IP it will match a few dozen banned profiles, this is undoubtedly the same person 110%.
