How they scammed:
He told he has 1 pin to sell for 8m. He first agreed to do 50/50. 4m/UPGRADE/4m. I gave 4m. Then he changed his mind and told that he needs my password, I said no. Told that I can give him 2m/UPGRADE/2m again but that I can apply myself. Gave him 2m than he ran off, and loggouted from MSN messenger.

My evidence + his bad past = BAN ?

Even tho I tried to warn everybody not to trade with him, he scammed few guys: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1166750 and http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1166955
