Hey sythe mods, I'd like to report someone doing scandalous shady things with what he is posting. Viral is the creator of vSwitcher and Rsautoswitcher. I recently purchased his software from him to use on osrs. The software came with some sort of a rat/keylog/something to where he was able to read all my discord messages with everyone. He banned me and revoked access after 5 days of me having it because he read my dms with someone else where we were talking about trying to figure out how he coded a certain part of it and copy it for ourselves, which shouldn't be against any rules from what I know. If I bought the product I should be allowed to do what I want with it as long as I'm not scamming other users which I wasn't. When he figured out what I was doing he sent me dms through discord telling me he was reading my messages, and that he was everywhere, and if I say anything to anyone he would "destroy me". I then figured out there was some sort of rat or keylog on my computer and went ahead and turned it off and changed all my info to everything including my bank. I haven't turned my pc on since. I will attach pictures of him threatening me, I also have his actual discord user ID which is 540719101387997184 unless I am sourcing that wrong. Please don't allow him to continue spying on people and being this controlling and crazy about his software. I feel like it's gone overboard and it's completely wrong. - bit more info is that he has it on his client to where we can see a spec bar even on weapons without a spec bar which would allow us to insta gmaul spec, and I was trying to figure out how to add that to my own runelite client-

 

@Viral_ want to explain why you are saying such asinine things to this guy? There's no such thing as a Discord server that gives you access to someones messages outside the server. And those threats are obnoxious.

 

It was scare tactics. I prob shouldnt of gone that far, but figured the kid was too dumb to know.

The kid broke my terms of service. Simple as that. He plotted with another person outside of my software to try and recreate the software I already created and use insight from being in the private community I have to make it. I have since then taken action to remove both of those members from my community.

Now I just want to say that i have over 100+ people subscribed to my software and each and everyone of them will vouch for me above and beyond.

None of my software is malicious. It was simply a leak from within that caught its way to me.

By your account and his, he discussed breaking your TOS with a 3rd party. So he hadn't yet broken them as the software replication wasn't started. So no rule was broken there yet.

As for you, your threats, "scare tactics", and claims of power over him was nasty manipulation. By your own words you thought he was "too dumb to know". If you had evidence that he planned to break your TOS and had a disagreement then you need have simply made a case here.

I'm applying a TWC on your account for threats and malicious manipulation. You can appeal it in 2 weeks.

Edit: Reduced TWC length because Viral has expressed seemingly genuine remorse for acting a bit rash.
