Reporting a scammer (avoiding payment)

The scammer is Mandj. I feel he has avoided payment many times. As he keeps saying he has sent me emails for payment but I don't see them at all.

FIRST
The proof I have been training on his account.

(the ingame name is different to the login name)
Use runescape stats to prove that as skills are very similar.

SORRY for so many screen shots of proof, it is just I have slaved over training this account and I dont want this little scammer to get away with no trouble after doing such a large service.

I feel that the player for one isn't his brother as the comment he had made about

If needed I can try and dig up some more evidence as I havent recieved payment and believe that I will not be. I just want justice to be made.

Thanks for the report. I'm attempting to contact him to see if this can be worked out as Banning him does nothing to reward the effort/time you've put forward nor does it give him the opportunity to sort out a possible mistake. Sorry this arrangement has not worked out so well. More to follow. Thanks.

If he repays you, he can make a dispute.
