I reached out to Tweet about purchasing an Inferno Cape service on OSRS. During the entire conversation he seemed very shady and uninterested. However we agreed to 350M OSRS GP to complete the Inferno Cape with his 'Safe Package' where he would attempt the cape 4 times before succeeding to avoid any bans. After a brief moment on TeamViewer where he set up the program CCProxy to be able to mask his IP with mine, I paid him 350M via drop trade in level 1 Wilderness from my ALT account onto his account. Afterwards I let him know I have no PIN and I am trusting in him with my gear to use as he would like to make the Inferno as easy as possible for him then gave him my account information. He did not message me afterwards and I attempted to log into my account and it said my account was still logged in. I messaged him through out the night and did not get any replies. Finally I was able to get back onto my account, still standing at GE but my items no longer where in my bank. He took approx 3.4B in items and 350M GP down payment. During this whole incident I would consistently checked the OSRS Hiscores and monitored my HP experience, no experience was gained therefore it would be impossible he even attempted the Inferno once after I gave him my information.
Messages were also deleted by him but I managed to record them yesterday. They're linked in the deleted post below so you can see the difference.

 

Edit: Upon further review, there is no evidence that Tweeter stole anything. A picture of some empty placeholders is not proof of theft. Furthermore, given some information about the person making the report, we've concluded this was a frame attempt. I apologize to Tweeter for the hasty ban, please keep doing good work

 

@Tweeter will need to refund the 350m of course
