as you can see, i havnt received anything on paypal (look at the dates from the log)


He kept claiming that he had to go soon so i need to hurry up and send him the info before he can send it because his mom was going to bed soon. he claimed that he would send it right after because SHE wanted to see the info. I havnt recieved a payment yet and i cant really get the tag back because it had points on it, he changed the gamertag and all the information. I sat on the phone with xbox for a while and there was nothing they can do. In his WTB thread here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1312585 , he claimed he has the whole conversation on his HDD from MSN. Well to be honest, hes full of shit because we never once talked on MSN. We only talked through PMs. I have the first PM he sent me ill post as well.

If we talked on MSN like he stated in his thread, why would you be asking these questions via PM and not on there? lol...



If someone could look into my case it would be greatly appreciated. I feel like the paypal screenshot is great proof of him not sending the payment... it shows specific dates and i can take a new one with updated dates. You can match my name up to the address for the paypal account in the screen shot with the windows live ID info. I gave him my paypal address very clearly and he is claiming that im making all this up. Thanks for your help mods.

 

He's got a very weak case that his mom had already gone to sleep. He can prove that in a dispute.
